One thing that I love doing in my free time is watching youtube videos – comedy, cooking, beauty, music reviews, ect.
But lately, I’ve really been enjoying watching ‘documentary-style-esque’ videos (not exactly a vlog) that show a certain place or a certain day in someone’s life.
For example, I’ve been loving Emilie of New Gloom‘s Letters to July videos. All of them are filmed, edited, and narrated beautifully.
Since watching these videos, I’ve been really inspired to have a try at filming and editing. I think it would be really cool to film snippets of my remaining time here in Korea before I go to college.
HOWEVER, there is a problem. I literally don’t know where to start. I’m not a great photographer and don’t actually know much about my camera. If anyone has tips for beginners on filming or editing, please let me know. Also, if any of you guys use the Olympus Pen E-PL2 and have any advice, that would be great :)
Watch the video and let me know what you think! Do you guys like filming and editing videos? Leave me a link to your youtube (or whatever other video site you use!)
